“All manufacturers are sweating because back in the day, there was actually a reason to buy a new phone because they were actually better than the generations before and they didn’t have to penny pinch and nowadays, phones are already so far developed that they are sufficient for consumer usage. Nobody needs a 3rd camera an a 4k screen, you could probably easily use an iPhone X today and for the next 10 years if its hardware wouldn’t be overwhelmed by bloated OS and apps and if they wouldn’t put other measures in place that artificially decrease the lifespan.”
